Returns

No Returns Accepted  

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please ensure you review your order details, including sizes and designs, before completing your purchase.


Cancellations


Order Cancellation Policy

Before Printing: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that printing has not begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support.megasstrore@gmail.com with your order details.

After Printing: Once the printing process has started, we cannot accept cancellations. Our printing process is initiated promptly to ensure timely delivery of your custom t-shirts.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

Exceptions  

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the issue and photographic evidence, and we will address the problem accordingly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

Refund Process

We apologize if your item arrived damaged. Please contact our customer service team with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. Upon verification, a refund will be processed to your bank within 7 working days.
